Rotary After Work: Tour - The Plant

Plant Chicago is a non-profit organization established in 2011 by John Edel. His company, Bubbly Dynamics, LLC, is also owner and operator of the building and company, The Plant, a groundbreaking food production space designed to be a net-zero, closed loop system in Chicago’s Back of the Yards.

Between dedicated staff and an ever-growing legion of extraordinary volunteers, the Plant Chicago team have centuries of experience building, teaching and revitalizing urban communities. They work to change the way we, as a city, think about our food and our environment.
